Norway - Leg Three-point-five

On Wednesday night, we ended up in Bergen at around 8:30pm.  Ellie was in a great mood, so we went out for a late pizza so we could enjoy our short time in the city as much as possible.  Our hotel was in a great location overlooking the square.  The first picture is from our hotel window at about 11pm at night.  We went to bed at midnight, and it still wasn't much darker.

We got up and saw a lot in our few hours in Bergen.  We took a funicular up the hillside, which was a fun ride in itself, and then had some amazing views at the top.  We took a path back down the hillside, which Ellie hiked the whole way.  Then we walked along the pier, got a snack, and joined a tour which took us through three museums (two of which were really historical buildings) to get a feel for Bergen's history as a player in international trade from the 1300s onward.  Then we headed to the airport and back to CPH!
