February has been quite a month for birthdays...

A huge welcome to Graham along with love and congratulations to Chris and Robyn!



And another huge welcome to Max and more love and congratulations to Gregg and Elisa!




Graham has been kicking it in LA for almost a week now and Max has less than one day as a Seattleite under his belt.

Both boys are beautiful and we're so excited to meet them!*

Assorted birthday awesomeness

Though our celebration was muted in deference to Mindy's Bar exam week o' hell, we had a wonderful birthday with Eleanor. She got lots of amazing presents (which she loves, thanks to all of you). And she had her first bites of pizza and cookie.*

Oh, and did I mention that she started standing unsupported for 60 seconds at a time on Friday... And then tried to take a step on Saturday... And now pretty much stands all the time now on every surface imaginable...**

So Eleanor turns one on Sunday

I really don't know what to say about it.

I'm at a loss for words. Which is a rarity.

Every day she’s brought us a smile.

Every week she’s done something new and amazing.

Every month she’s grown more beautiful.

And this last year she’s changed our lives so completely that I can’t imagine how we were ever happy before we met her.

Thank you Eleanor for being amazing and brilliant and kind and sweet and funny and everything that you are.

And thank you for the best year of our lives. By far. We can't wait for what's next.

We love you so very much.
