Very tall and very small. |
Snow snack. |
Eventually, Ellie ended up in the backpack. |
Our turnaround point. |
We ran into our friend, Harper. |
Snow bunnies, or hot cocoa bunnies? |
Thanks to Nommy and Aunt Judy for making Ellie a beautiful pink and purple ballerina costume! |
The Pacific NW weather made our pumpkin extra scary just in time for Halloween evening (yep, that's mold inside). |
Trick or treating at our favorite haunt (U Village). |
We found our friend, Kitty (I mean, Quinn). |
And we found our friend, Elephant (I mean Emily). |
And we found our friend, Bunny (I mean, Mia)! |
On the way to the pumpkin patch. |
We got out the costume box. I definitely remember the year Zach wore this one... over 20 years ago now?! |
Pumpkins and cupcakes, oh my! |
A successful carving. |
Camp Snoopy (I mean Nickelodeon Universe)! Ellie is already demanding that we go back in February. |
Making lefse with grandma! |
We got up very early on Halloween to catch a plane back to Seattle. Ellie was very excited to wear her costume at the airport and on the plane! |
RaRa (Robin) was in town and went to the ballet with us to see Cinderella. |
The performance was a bit longer than we expected (two intermissions?!) but Ellie did a mostly great job of staying in her seat. |
Then we met up with a bunch of the other ladies in our family and had a fabulous dinner out on a patio. Mia did a great job of hanging out and eventually falling asleep. |
