Ellie and I started my Patrick Ewing birthday off with some special quality time from 3:30AM to 6:15AM.

At the risk of sharing too much information, let's just say that multiple poops were involved. None of them mine.

Celebrating my first birthday with my perfect little lady and that fact alone makes it the best one ever.

8-month Update

No picture today. Ellie's up in Canada until tonight and you should miss her as much as I do.

Here's a little update though...

Ellie's feeling much better. And her recent making-sure-she's-feeling-much-better doctor's visit informed us that she's now 16lbs 8oz. That means she's gained a pound in the last month. And that means, oh never mind, she's still in the 25th weight percentile. Long, tall Ellie.

Wednesday night brought dinner with visiting Grandma I and a surprise.* Ellie has her first tooth! It's her bottom front left one and it's about 1% through the gum. But it's there. And it's awesome.

Okay, back to missing Min and Ellie.

Sigh.





*Two surprises if you count the poop at the restaurant.**
